Cook the beans as follows:

1. Soak the beans - for at least 12 hours - try to change the water every few hours. 
2. Rinse them and boil in clean water.
3. Boil them for 10 min  and discard the water.
4. Finish cooking in new water.
5. Use the beans in your recipe.
6. Magic: NO FARTING!
